Job Introduction Full Time Support Worker Shifts Available: Days: Monday to Sunday – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Waking Nights: Monday to Sunday – 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Support Ratio: 2:1 care We are looking for compassionate, proactive, and resilient Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Lincoln , supporting a vibrant individual with Autism, ADHD, and mental health needs. This person has full mental capacity and leads an active lifestyle. They enjoy being out in the community, during the day and during the night. They are passionate about animals and currently volunteer with a local animal organisation. Applicants must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
