We’re partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven EdTech / Higher Education technology business transforming how universities manage international admissions, compliance, and the student journey.

They’re hiring a Full Stack Tech Lead to take ownership of high-impact product areas, lead delivery across frontend and backend, and help shape the technical direction of a platform used at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading full stack delivery with React, TypeScript, Node.js
• Designing and building secure, scalable APIs and user-facing features
• Owning performance, reliability, and scalability challenges end-to-end
• Mentoring engineers, setting standards, and improving engineering practices
• Contributing to DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, monitoring, and pipeline optimisation
• Helping the team adopt practical Generative AI tooling to ship better, faster

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience across TypeScript / React / Node / REST APIs
• AWS experience (serverless is ideal): Lambda, SQS, S3, Cognito, API Gateway, EventBridge
• Microservices + event-driven patterns
• PostgreSQL plus at least one of DynamoDB/Redis
• Comfortable leading technical decisions and collaborating with product & design
