Role Description

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend experience to help build and maintain our core platform.

You will work across our Node.js API and React frontend, delivering new features, improving existing workflows, and maintaining system reliability.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on product engineering role with real ownership.

• Build and extend REST APIs using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript
• Implement business logic for compliance workflows and issue tracking
• Work with MongoDB and maintain data models
• Integrate AI analysis results via async workflows and webhooks
• Maintain authentication and role-based access control
• Build and improve React frontend features
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested TypeScript

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Experience with Software Development best practices, including debugging and performance optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development tools is a plus
