Following our move to Waterlooville, were growing our operations team and are looking for a Fulfilment Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day printing, packing, and dispatch of our physical gift vouchers. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our customer experience, particularly during the busy festive peak. Youll work closely with the Fulfilment Operations Supervisor to ensure every voucher is delivered accurately, on time, and to the high standards our customers expect. What youll do Print, pack, and dispatch physical gift vouchers according to daily schedules Ensure all orders are accurate, quality-checked, and dispatched on time Support peak-period volumes alongside the Fulfilment Operations Supervisor Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient fulfilment workspace Monitor stock levels of vouchers, envelopes, and packaging materials Assist customer service teams with fulfilment, stock, and product queries Flag fulfilment...
