This position will suit an attorney with a technical background in Chemistry / Pharmaceuticals. Previous exposure to, or a knowledge of and willingness to work on, the following matters would be advantageous:

Patent drafting and prosecution Oppositions and other contentious matters Opinion work (patentability and freedom to operate) Due diligence
