You will be a strong team player and someone willing to expand your skill set across different areas. As a small team, everyone contributes to all aspects of service from taking reservations and managing seating plans, to delivering food, placing orders, and supporting stock deliveries. A genuine passion for hospitality should be at the core of your character. Responsibilities: Delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Taking reservations and assisting with seating arrangements Serving food and drinks efficiently and professionally Supporting with bar service and basic stock management Assisting with customer enquiries Processing orders and helping with deliveries Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area Supporting the team during busy service periods Company Offering: Hourly/Flexible contract; competitive salary determined by experience In addition to your hourly wage you will be eligible to receive TRONC payments (a share of tips/service charges), distributed in accordance with the company's TRONC policy Clear opportunities for progression and career development Positive, fun, and social working environment Young, ambitious team with strong growth plans Access to training opportunities such as WSET course Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Benefits: Employee discount Store discount Ability to commute/relocate: London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: Experience in beverage-focused roles including bartending, barista service, wine service or sommelier training is highly desirable.
