Are you an experienced Front of House Manager with a passion for great food, smooth operations, and creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for someone like you to inspire the catering team at a dynamic leisure retreat dedicated to young people. You will ensure the highest standard of catering for the students and the staff making sure that all allergens and food safety are meet ensuring that all staff and students have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all Front of House operations are run smoothly and efficiently Ensure all meals meet dietary, allergen, and special requirement standards. Act as a first point of call for guests, problem solve quickly and effectively. Train the team to make sure that food safety standards are adhered too Monitor food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with all regulations. Walk the floor to make sure that standards are kept to the highest possible standards Monitor hygiene standards and health and safety standards Handle any concerns related to dining services or guest satisfaction. What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Front of house Manager or a customer service role Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and special dietary requirements.A confident leader with excellent communication and team management skills. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a can-do attitude. Experience working in high-volume catering settings. Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred or willingness to obtain). DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo a DBS check).
