Operations Co-Ordinator Time Critical Logistics (Nights)

Location: London Heathrow Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + 20% Shift Allowance Hours: 4 on / 4 off (7pm - 7am)

The Role

Coordinate time-critical shipments across road and air (import & export) Manage urgent hand carry shipments and high-priority consignments Liaise with airlines, hauliers, and international partners Monitor shipments end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met Problem-solve in real-time and provide proactive updates to customers Ensure all operational and customs documentation is accurate and compliant What We're Looking For

Experience in time-critical, air freight, or express logistics (highly desirable) Strong understanding of import/export operations Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexible and willing to work additional hours/overtime when required Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong attention to detail
