*2 WEEK HOLIDAY COVER* We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager Location: Birkenhead, Wirral Sectors: College Project Types: New build/ refurb Values: TBC FREELANCE: £250 - £280 a day Duration: Short term What you will do as a Freelance Site Manager Oversee build of new porch/ entrance work of a college Report directly to the Project Manager Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives Support commissioning and final handovers Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to: Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal) Manage day to day of the job overseeing a new build porch on the college/entrance works Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly Record on-site progress and lookaheads Report into Senior Management Work closely with the contracts manager Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager Experience as a Site Manager (new build/refurb) CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 4+ years ...
