Project Overview

Our Client is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join an upcoming water infrastructure project in Bournemouth. The project involves the replacement of water pipelines and associated infrastructure works within the water sector.

The scope of works may include:

Water pipeline replacement and installation

*

Chemical dosing units

*

Water pipeline infrastructure

*

Drainage and deep drainage works

Role & Responsibilities

*

Day-to-day management of site operations

*

Coordination of subcontractors and site teams

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification

*

Managing health & safety compliance on site

*

Liaising with the client, engineers, and project management team

*

Maintaining site records, permits, and progress reporting

Requirements

*

Proven background in the water industry

*

Previous experience delivering similar water infrastructure projects

*

Strong understanding of pipeline replacement and associated civil works

*

Valid CSCS Card

*

SMSTS certification

*

First Aid at Work certification

*

Ability to work independently and manage a site from start to finish
