We are currently looking for Freelance Site Managers to oversee the delivery of planned refurbishment works across social housing stock in Leeds and surrounding area's. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, projects include kitchens/bathrooms, windows/doors, roofing, external works, retrofit etc.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a well known maintenance contractor specialising in the delivery of planned refurbishment works within the social housing sector. The bulk of our clients current projects consist of kitchen and bathroom replacements, roofing, external works, and full internal refurbishments - always with a focus on safety, tenant satisfaction, and minimal disruption in occupied properties.\n\nDescription\n\nOversee and manage Social Housing planned works project.\nEnsure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.\nLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.\nMaintain strict health and safety compliance on-site.\nManage subcontractors/internal staff and ensure all team members adhere to project deadlines.\nMonitor and report on progress, managing any risks or delays promptly.Profile\n\nProven experience managing Social Housing planned works projects\nStrong knowledge within construction processes within Social Housing\nExperience managing sub contractors and direct labour\nSMSTSJob Offer\n\n£300 day rate \nInitial 6 months guaranteed then ongoing work\nOpportunity to oversee exciting projects with Tier 1 Contractor
