Their success is built on strong client relationships and a high level of repeat business.\n\nThey're currently expanding their talented pool of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Consultants and are seeking experienced professionals to join them on typically 3-month contracts, engaged via a Limited or Umbrella Company.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and exciting mixed-use development projects, resolving complex commercial issues in a professional and cost-effective manner.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nYour role will encompass a blend of pre-construction and post-construction duties, including:\n\n * Providing expert advice on procurement routes and contract selection.\n\n * Assisting with the appointment of consultants and compilation of tender lists.\n\n * Conducting project feasibility studies.\n\n * Developing effective bid and tender strategies.\n\n * Reviewing and negotiating critical contractual documents.\n\n * Evaluating project risks and developing robust mitigation strategies.\n\n * Commercially analysing bids and tender returns.\n\n * Advising on main and sub-contract formation and appointment.\n\n * Undertaking comprehensive contract administration.\n\n * Setting commercial strategies and leading teams to achieve challenging commercial goals.\n\n * Identifying project risks and opportunities, developing proactive management strategies.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\n * A professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record.\n\n * Experience in mixed-use development projects.\n\n * The ability to work effectively on rolling contracts (via Limited or Umbrella company).\n\n * Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.\n\nReady to apply your expertise to high-profile projects in Cambridgeshire?\n\nIf you're a skilled Quantity Surveyor seeking flexible, impactful contract work with a highly reputable firm, we want to hear from you
