Your new role Site visit or virtual check-in - Assess ongoing work, verify quantities, and ensure alignment with contractual terms Cost tracking and forecasting - Update financial models and monitor budgets against actual spend Contract management - Review subcontractor agreements, variations, and ensure compliance with NEC or other relevant frameworks Stakeholder communication - Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients to provide commercial insights and resolve queries Risk and value management - Identify cost-saving opportunities and flag potential risks early Reporting - Prepare and submit valuations, payment applications, and commercial reports What you'll need to succeed You will have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the Civils industry, be familiar operating with NEC suite of contracts, being degree-qualified is not a ...
