*MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 20 WEEK PROJECT - MOD NEW BUILD FIRE IMPROVEMENTS*We're Hiring: Freelance Project ManagerLocation: CumbriaSectors: MOD New BuildDay rate: £350-400 pdDuration: 20 weeksWe are looking for a Freelance Project manager for our client: a main contractor on a MOD fire improvements project on a secure facility, security clearance is desired for this position. Key Responsibilities of the Freelance Project Manager:Manage end-to-end delivery of fire improvement projects across a MOD secure environment.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules. and budgets.Ensure all designs comply with relevant fire safety legislations.Coordinate teams including contractors, subcontractors, fire engineers, and consultants.Ensure compliance with UK fire safety legislations.Adhere to the MOD specific standards and security protocols.Liaise with MOD representatives.Ensure design solutions meet MOD and secure facility requirements.Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Project Manager:Proven experience as a Project Manager within a secure environment is beneficial.Knowledge of fire protection systems is beneficial.Strong understanding of design coordination and technical compliance.Ability to manage multiple consultants and maintain design programmes.What's on offer:Day rate - to be discussed with myselfWeekly pay on a FridayHow to apply:Please apply to this advert with your CV and we will give you a call or call Sam on 01204 554886JBRP1_UKTJ
