Invision Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Freelance Project Manager to oversee a c£7m Commercial Refurbishment.
The Role
The Project Manager will be a stand alone No1 with full responsibility for client interface, buildability, programme and design/commercial strategies.
My client have secured the project and it is going to be starting at the end of June/early July.
Requirements
* Proven track record as a No1 Project Manager
* Relevant project experience
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Own Car and Valid UK Licence
Rate:
* £380-£400pd CIS Umbrella
