Are you an experienced client services Senior Account Manager with a passion for food & drink?


We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic, award-winning creative agency that works with some of the UK’s biggest FMCG food and drink brands.


The Role

  • Hybrid working in London (3 days in-office)
  • Competitive day rate: C. £250 per day
  • Contract: 2/3 Months, with potential for temp to perm


As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a key part of the Client Services team, leading a portfolio of clients, mentoring junior team members, and driving multi-channel campaigns that deliver results.


This role is perfect for someone with hands-on food and drink FMCG experience across B2B and B2C, including wholesale/convenience channels, POS, sales promotions, sampling, experiential activations, content creation, and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and develop strong, trusted relationships
  • Lead and develop a junior team, supporting their growth and success
  • Deliver campaigns from strategy through execution across multiple channels
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, suppliers, and campaign profitability
  • Present ideas and results clearly to clients and internally
  • Support new business pitches and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure accuracy, project management, and quality in all work


Client Portfolio Includes

  • Leading global FMCG brands across drinks and snacks (e.g., confectionery, beverages, packaged foods)


About You

  • Proven senior account management experience in an agency environment
  • FMCG focus with experience in grocery, convenience, and OOH media
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Confident in multi-channel campaigns, retail activations, and experiential work
  • Commercially minded with budget and forecasting experience
  • Passionate about delivering creative, high-impact work
