Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed surveys and assessments on commercial building projects.
- Prepare and review specifications, reports, and condition surveys for clients.
- Assist in project planning, tendering, and procurement processes.
- Project management and client interactions
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure building compliance and standards are met.
- Provide technical advice and solution options to clients and internal teams.
- Manage project documentation and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Building Surveyor in a commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of building legislation, regulationsand standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in relevant surveying and project management software.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying or related field. xbpsjku
