An established Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Building Services Manager to take over MEP coordination and delivery across two residential regeneration projects in North West London. Collectively valued at £10M MEP, both schemes are live and heading toward practical completion.

This is a site-based freelance role, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact on high-profile social housing projects with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and delivery to programme.

The Role You will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of MEP across two sites, ensuring that design intent, installation quality, commissioning, and programme targets are met. You will work closely with the project teams, specialist subcontractors, and the wider construction team.
