The Role Provide administrative support to ensure our Franchise Partners and Wholesale accounts orders are processed and stock fulfilled accurately and on time. To provide analytical support within trading and sell-in analysis to contribute to meeting sales targets and maximise opportunities. To provide service excellence to our Partners and Customers in line with our brand values Key Responsibilities
Daily review of available stock for each account, working to collection and shipping parameters Closing of manifests to prompt invoicing and dispatch of orders Co-ordination of dispatches to customers in the UK, US and EU, ensuring on time deliveries Maximises opportunities via available stock lists to contribute to driving sale
About You
Proactive in approach with a “can do” attitude Effective communicator and team player Able to converse with partners both in writing and in person. Well presented and embodies our Agent Provocateur Brand values.
