Transworld is a business brokerage and M&A consultancy specialising in the sale of small and medium size businesses, is seeking a proactive Franchise and Advisor Sales Manager to join our team. We are a locally based firm supporting small to mid-sized business owners in the sale or acquisition of a companies throughout the UK. We are part of an international organisation and well respected within the industry, our business is independently owned and operated. This gives us the best of both worlds – large corporate network, within a family-owned environment.

In this role, you will be the central point of contact on all recruitment activity for new Franchisee and Advisors joining the business. This is a permanent, hybrid position based in Mayfair, London, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic organisation working directly for our managing director.

We are looking for a well-rounded franchise recruitment manager to support the recruitment and growth of our business. This position would report to our Managing Director, and the ideal candidate would reside in the UK. Franchise sales experience is not required but is a plus
