Job Description Oversee the organisation's financial planning and management processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for compliance and efficiency. Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes effectively. Provide strategic financial advice to support organisational goals. Lead and mentor the accounting team to maintain high performance standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. Identify and mitigate financial risks to secure the organisation's stability. The Successful Applicant A successful Interim CFO should have: A recognised qualification in accounting or finance. Proven experience as a CFO within the Not For Profit sector. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to implement effective financial strategies and policies. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. What's on Offer An attractive interim day rate of approximately £700 - £900, paid daily via umbrella Hybrid working (1 day office) Opportunity to work in a Not For Profit environment making a positive impact. Flexible temporary role based in London. Central London office Approx 6 month contract whist they recruit the permanent incumbent
