We are looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing multi-site business. This role will play a critical part in shaping financial insight, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision making across the organisation.Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, and performance reporting, while developing advanced Power BI dashboards and data models that enable data-driven decisions across the business.The RoleLead the full forecasting cycle across P&L, balance sheet and cash flowIntegrate forecasts with key operational drivers including stock, purchasing cycles, seasonality and capital expenditureProduce accurate weekly and monthly cash forecasts and support treasury planningManage treasury operations, debt schedules and banking relationshipsEnsure compliance with lender covenants and deliver required reportingPerformance Reporting & InsightDeliver weekly and monthly management reporting packsProvide analysis across sales, margin, stock, payroll and key retail metricsDeliver deep-dive analysis across all channelsIdentify commercial risks and opportunities and recommend actionsDesign and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and data modelsBuild automated, self-service reporting solutionsMaintain strong data governance and visualisation best practiceBusiness KPIs & ScorecardsLead development of business scorecards and KPI reportingPartner with operational teams to ensure KPIs drive performance and accountabilitySystems & Process ImprovementEnhance reporting and forecasting processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365Utilise Workday Adaptive Planning for budgeting and scenario modellingDrive automation and simplification across FP&A processesAbout YouWe are looking for a highly analytical finance professional who can combine strong technical capability with commercial insight.Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)3–5 years post-qualified experience in FP&A or commercial financeExperience delivering financial insights to senior stakeholdersExperience in retail, seasonal businesses or multi-site environmentsExposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Workday Adaptive PlanningUnderstanding of inventory, supply chain and cost-to-serve analysisYou will be someone who:Thinks commercially and analyticallyCommunicates complex data in a clear and compelling wayIs comfortable challenging assumptions and driving improvementsThrives in a fast-paced, seasonal retail environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
