We’re supporting a high-growth, international SaaS business in the search for an FP&A Manager to lead UK planning and performance analysis. This is a genuinely high-impact role - sitting at the centre of decision-making, working closely with the UK CFO and global FP&A leadership to drive insight, planning and strategic execution. The business operates in a fast-scaling, data-rich environment with strong backing and clear momentum, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys pace, complexity and visibility. The Role You’ll own UK FP&A, acting as the go-to for planning, performance and insight:

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning Deliver high-quality KPI and management reporting for local and group stakeholders Partner across the business to translate data into commercial insight Own variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities early Support strategic initiatives including M&A, funding and investment analysis Build and refine financial models, scenario planning and sensitivities Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools and data integrity

This is a hands-on role with real breadth, from core reporting through to strategic projects. What We’re Looking For

Strong FP&A or corporate finance background (c.5+ years PQE) Technically strong - modelling, forecasting, data analysis Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders Advanced Excel skills; exposure to NetSuite, Adaptive or BI tools helpful Likely ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent), but not essential
