About the role
You’ll be one of the first commercial hires and will play a key part in building the business processes that will enable us to hit our ambitious growth targets. Whilst you will also help to shape the Commercial function and our global GTM strategy, this is a closing role from day 1 where you will carry a quota. There is potential for rapid progression as we scale globally.
What you’ll do
- Build the pipeline machine
- Win lighthouse customers as we expand further into enterprise
- Turn our early US traction into a repeatable motion by expanding our presence in that market
- Help define our ICP + messaging through real deals
- Close. Relentlessly.
This is a builder role. You’ll prospect, run sharp demos, and close deals with the product and CEO right beside you.

Who you are:
- 2-4 years of Sales or BD experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven outbound chops (not just inbound)
- Someone passionate about the process of being an effective salesperson - bonus points if you’ve already leveraged LinkedIn to grow a personal brand
- You’re self-driven, highly entrepreneurial with a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works
- You can explain value crisply to senior stakeholders
- We want people who are smart, can prove it, and learn and adapt fast in a start-up environment
- You are knowledgeable about and (or) interested in AI, and its applications - bonus if you’ve used AI for outbound or if you’re a whiz with the new wave of sales tech (Clay, Instantly, etc)
What we offer:
- Base salary (£40-£50k, DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE ~ £90-100k)
