Work directly with the founding team and CEO to shape the company’s GTM strategy and commercial operational discipline from the ground up. Drive adoption for a product used by global giants like Google Gemini, Epic Games, Universal Music, and Warner, entering a massive untapped market.
What you will do
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification to high‑stakes commercial negotiation and closing. Experiment with messaging, Ideal Customer Profiles, and outreach tactics to discover and document repeatable sales motions. Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine the value proposition and influence the product roadmap based on direct market feedback.
The ideal candidate
5+ years of experience in an Enterprise or Senior AE role within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of winning new logos. Thrives in early‑stage, ambiguous environments and demonstrates the ability to build pipelines without existing rigid processes. Highly data‑driven with experience managing complex sales cycles and maintaining CRM hygiene, ideally using HubSpot.
