Support behaviour and learning
Provide 1:1 guidance
Create a calm, positive classroom environment
Build trust and strong relationships with students
Cover SupervisorYou'll:
Deliver pre‑planned lessons
‍ Keep classes focused and on task
Maintain behaviour standards (No teaching experience needed - confidence, presence and communication are what matter!)
