Forklift Warehouse Operative

Overall Purpose of the Role: Ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to support business operations and customer demand.
Office hours - 08:00 - 17:30 (slight shift pattern morning and afternoon rotation)
Salary - £26k - £28k
Job Description Pick and pack orders for dispatch as per KPI requirements Check for damaged or missing items Move stock around either by hand or using lifting equipment (Counterbalance and Reach license) Load goods for dispatch Input data regarding stock and inventory into a WMS Keep accurate stock records Ensure all lifting and manoeuvring of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures Handle hazardous materials appropriately Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency
