FLT Driver – Cullompton – £14.57/hr + Bonuses

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing team based in Cullompton.

Pay & Benefits
  • Starting rate: £14.57 per hour
  • Monthly bonus available upon becoming a permanent team member – based on production performance
  • Additional pay uplift after successful completion of the probation period
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Due to the shift times, candidates must drive or live locally
The Role
  • Operating FLT machinery safely and efficiently
  • Supporting production and warehouse operations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
