Shifts: 6:0018:00 or 18:0006:00 | 4 ON / 4 OFF
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (12-week probation with potential to go permanent)

We are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy Tray Wash site near Coalville.
This fast-paced role is ideal for candidates with a valid forklift licence, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
Load/unload deliveries and move goods around the warehouse
Complete routine equipment checks
Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping
Ensure all documentation and processes are followed accurately
Requirements:
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
Knowledge of Health & Safety and forklift safety procedures
Physically fit and detail-oriented
Must attend an on-site assessment day (theory + practical)
