Job Opportunity: Forklift Driver (FLT) / Counter balance
Location: Slough, Berkshire,
Employment Type: Full-Time (3 on, 3 off) / Alternating between days and nights
Department: Warehouse

✅ Key Responsibilities

Operating MHE equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks and other specialist equipment
Moving, stacking, locating and relocating products and materials
Loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments
Ensuring goods are accurate, undamaged and contamination-free
Preparing product for dispatch
Using RF scanning equipment for picking, receiving and loading
Assisting with stock checks and physical inventories
Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting faults
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Supporting team leaders and supervisors when required

Candidate Requirements

Experience in a factory, warehouse or production environment preferred
Counterbalance Forklift experience and valid licence is essential
Comfortable working rotating shifts including weekends
Reliable, hardworking and flexible
Good communication skills
Strong attention to safety, quality and accuracy
Willing to work overtime when required
