Forecasting & Insights Manager – Temp (Immediate Start)

London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

We’re working with a leading global business to appoint an experienced Forecasting & Insights Manager on a temporary, full-time basis, starting immediately.

Reporting into a senior commercial leader and managing a small team, this role will focus on commercial reporting, forecasting, and insight generation to support strategic decision-making across wholesale and retail channels.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading commercial reporting and dashboard delivery (Power BI)
• Forecasting new and core SKUs and maintaining forecast models
• Delivering insights on sell-in / sell-out, KPIs, risks and opportunities
• Partnering cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing
• Supporting budgeting, performance tracking and post-campaign analysis

About you:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial analytics, forecasting or business analysis
• Advanced skills in Power BI, SAP and Excel
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
• Confident communicator with a highly analytical, detail-driven mindset
• Previous people management experience beneficial
