This is a foot mobile supervisor role covering a commercial/corporate portfolio across Zones 1 to 2. The role suits a strong multiskilled engineer who enjoys leading engineers while remaining hands on with maintenance tasks.
You will oversee engineers across multiple sites while maintaining strong technical standards and client relationships.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supervising engineers across a portfolio of commercial and corporate office buildings
- Allocating daily workloads and managing reactive requests
- Remaining hands on with maintenance tasks when required
- Delivering electrical, mechanical, and general building services work
- Managing subcontractors and overseeing specialist works
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Updating CAFM systems, reports, and maintenance records
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and building managers
What Were Looking For
- Multiskilled maintenance background within commercial buildings
- Electrical qualifications preferred
- Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience
- Strong client communication skills
- Good admin skills and CAFM xbpsjku reporting
- Comfortable travelling between sites
