Job Description Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile / London Portfolio (Zones 1&2) - Up to £44,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity is available to join a long-established FM service provider in London. CBW are recruiting for an electrically biased Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (C&G / NVQ qualified) to oversee maintenance across around 9 commercial properties in the Cannon Street area and nearby locations (Zones 1 & 2) . The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to an electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance on all Landlord areas. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary, paying up to £44,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Zones 1&2 Travel Card, Contributory Pension Scheme, PDA's, overtime available and excellent training/progression on offer as well.

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00 am - 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

\n Emergency Lighting

\n

Fire Alarm Testing

\n

Water Treatment

\n

Statutory Compliance

\n

Carry out PPM & Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressors

\n

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

Chillers - Re-set

\n

BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds, etc)

\n

Ensuring log books are kept up to date

\n

Escorting specialist sub-contractors

\n

Assisting other engineers

\n

Offering technical support

\n

Requirements:

\n City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Installation / Engineering

\n

You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)

\n

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

An understanding of commercial building maintenance

\n

Multi-skilled

\n

Good communication skills

\n

Excellent customer service skills

\n

You must be happy to work on a "Foot Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites (i.e. This is not a mobile role where a vehicle is provided)
