This role is based across Central London and offers long-term progression within a well-established building services team.Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial properties. Duties will include a wide range of general building maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, patch repairs, door and lock adjustments, tiling, replacing ceiling tiles, minor plastering, and general upkeep of building fabric and services.The role is foot-mobile, covering multiple commercial sites across Central London, so candidates must be comfortable travelling between locations and working independently throughout the day, based in and around Liverpool street, bank, and MonumentCandidates must hold a relevant NVQ (or equivalent) in a building or maintenance-related trade and be willing to complete a basic DBS check.
