We are looking to recruit a Semi Static Foot Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer to work on a large portfolio across London and the Home Counties. As a Mobile Maintenance M&E Engineer you will be responsible to ensure that the electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule and look after your own workload. Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical and mechanical maintenance, This could be anything from a simple lamp change to working on BMS equipment. Whilst on site you might also be required from time to time to carry out some more general building maintenance, this could be replacing a ceiling tile, or putting a door handle back on for example.
City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems and mechanical systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets Self-efficient, able to manage own workload and flexible
