We are recruiting a electrical foot mobile engineer to work in central London, zones 1 and 2. Within this foot mobile engineers role you will be trusted to perform your job and be autonomous within your role. Within this foot mobile electrical engineer role you will be responsible for delivering a mix of PPMs and reactive maintenance work across a small portfolio of high spec, fun offices in London. Your role will include:

Electrical maintenance, power, alarm systems

Minor installations

Lighting

Testing and Inspection

Weekly and Monthly PPMs

Multi skilled maintenance including mechanical plant based maintenance

Liaising with specialist contractors

Client interaction

This is a multi skilled electrical bias foot mobile role in London, working 8-5 Monday - Friday.

For this Foot Mobile Engineer role in London, we are looking for:

Level 2 or full qualified building services electrician, 18th edition

Building services maintenance experience within corporate offices

Reliable, great client facing skills and a brilliant, motivated attitude

A strong desire to learn and progress within building services
