Location: Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees Salary: £162 – £251 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and motivated Food Technology Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Stockton-on-Tees. You will play a key part in developing students’ skills in cooking, food science, and healthy living—helping them build confidence, independence, and valuable life skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and well-structured Food Technology lessons tailored to a range of abilities Teach essential skills in food preparation, nutrition, health, and food science Inspire creativity, curiosity, and problem‑solving through practical cooking sessions Assess student progress and provide constructive, supportive feedback Maintain a safe, well‑organised and inclusive classroom environment Support wider school initiatives, including cooking clubs, competitions, and extracurricular activities

Requirements
