Food Technology Teacher – Stockton

We’re recruiting a creative and dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Hartlepool. From introducing Year 7 students to the basics of baking to supporting GCSE pupils in refining their practical skills, you’ll play a key role in developing confidence, creativity, and lifelong skills in the kitchen.
The role includes:
Delivering engaging Food Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4 Encouraging creativity while building strong practical skills Working in a well-resourced food technology department Collaborating with a supportive and experienced team We’re looking for someone who:
Holds UK QTS (PGCE applicants encouraged) Has experience teaching in a secondary school setting Can confidently deliver GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition Brings energy, organisation, and strong classroom management About the school: This welcoming Hartlepool secondary school is recognised for its inclusive values, hands-on learning approach, and supportive leadership team. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
