Based in West London, this is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and sought after company. The Specification Technologist will have a minimum of 3-5 years knowledge and have experience working with the Technical Team dealing with the following: Responding to internal and external enquiries for technical information, completing customer questionnaires, specifications, new line forms and other technical documentation. Undertaking communication with the suppliers and managing suppliers technical documentation to ensure accuracy and continuous compliance with the relevant regulations, agreed specifications and company standards. Maintaining product database, ERP system, product specifications and related records with up to date and accurate information. Assisting with customer queries and complaints and investigating them with the suppliers. Working closely with the Product Development team, providing technical input to ensure full compliance of the final product and product label sign off.
