The role: The food quality technologist (Operational) will be responsible for leading the investigations into non-conformances (internal, supplier and customer) and following up with relevant reports. As food quality technologist (Operational) you will conduct root cause analysis, for example FMEA, 5whys and fishbone diagrams to determine potential impact and develop corrective or preventative steps to prevent recurrence. The food quality technologist (Operational) will be responsible for handling customer complaints in a timely manner. The food quality technologist (Operational) will support the site preparation for internal, customer and 3 rd party audits (eg BRC, customer audits).
