We are seeking aFood Production Supervisorto oversee day-to-day operations, lead and support the production team, and ensure consistently high standards across the site. Hours:Monday to Friday, 12:0021:00
Salary:£32,000£33,000 DOE
Contract:First 12 weeks via agency, paid weekly

The Role

• Supervise daily food production operations, ensuring quality and food safety standards are met
• Implement and maintain HACCP procedures across the production process
• Train, support and manage production staff to ensure best practice is followed
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering to meet production demands
• Carry out regular equipment and site inspections, reporting maintenance issues where required
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of production, safety checks and staff training

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in a food production supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP
• Mechanical awareness of food processing equipment
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Confident with basic maths for stock control and reporting
