Food Production Operative – Day Shift Location: Exeter
Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 (40 hours per week)
Pay: £12.25 per hour
Overtime: £18.37 per hour (time and a half after standard weekly hours)
Start Date: Immediate starts available
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

A busy food production facility in Exeter is looking for reliable Food Production Operatives to join their day-shift team. The site is easily accessible via public transport, making it ideal for candidates travelling without a car.
Key Benefits £12.25 per hour basic rate
Overtime at £19.13 per hour after standard weekly hours
Set Monday–Friday day shift

Role Duties Handling ingredients
Working on production lines
Operating machinery
Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
Cleaning equipment, machinery, and work areas
Completing paperwork and recording production data
What We're Looking For Reliable and hardworking individuals
A willingness to learn and follow processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous production or food-handling experience beneficial but not essential
