Shifts are up to 12 hours - factory is operating seven days a week.Pay rates: £12.85 hourlyEssential requirements for Food Production Operative : Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks, follow supervisor instructions respectfully, and work as a team by helping coworkers whenever neededYour role for Food Production Operative : Prepare and assemble food products on a fast-paced production line according to specifications. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the work area at all times. Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor immediately. Operate production machinery safely and efficiently following training.
