The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) provides high-quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.Applications are invited for the above position with our International Sales team.The Role:This dynamic culinary, sales-focused role centers on creating cheffing solutions with our product ranges and leveraging our high-quality dairy products to inspire innovative applications that drive profitable sales growth across the UK and EMEA region. The successful applicant will act as a leading authority on trends, conduct market research to identify and capture new product opportunities, and enhance Lakeland Dairies’ reputation as a foodservice provider of choice.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead culinary innovation: Deliver technical culinary requirements and demonstrate the performance of Lakeland Dairies’ products within diverse UK & EMEA markets.Driving menu inspiration: Ensure distributor sales teams and end-user chefs understand the creative possibilities, features, and benefits of our dairy products through inspiring culinary presentations and workshops.Hands-on chef demonstrations: Provide key identified accounts with immersive culinary training and bespoke demonstrations to showcase creative applications and increase profitable sales through elevated menu ideas.Bespoke recipe development: Develop and adapt innovative recipes that match diverse customer requirements and evolving tastes, aiming to retain existing business and generate new growth opportunities via culinary product partnerships.Identify future food trends: Conduct proactive market research to identify new culinary opportunities and communicate these to the Regional Manager / Line Manager with strategy support for securing new business.Qualifications / Our ideal candidateA Culinary Visionary: An experienced Head Chef with a passion for innovation, capable of transforming delicious dairy solutions into trend-setting concepts.Refined Expertise: Formally trained with a third-level culinary degree or a distinguished track record from high-pressure, elite kitchens and foodservice innovation hubs.Versatile Industry Mastery: A hands-on veteran with deep experience across premium hospitality, large-scale manufacturing, and multi-channel catering.The Art of Connection: A charismatic communicator who can translate complex technical requirements into inspiring culinary stories for clients and teams.Insatiably Curious: Proactive and forward-thinking, always seeking what’s next to keep partners ahead of the curve.Experience in the dairy and/or bakery industry.Travel: This role requires travel across the UK and internationally as needed.Application Process:To apply, please submit a copy of your CV by no later than midday on Monday 9th February 2026.EEO Statement: Lakeland Dairies Ltd is committed to an inclusive workplace.
