As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests. As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives. Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive. Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space. Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting. Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
