Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and a flair for delivering exceptional dining experiences? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist in leading our conference and event team and suite at our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the banquet facilities, ensuring all events go smoothly and according to the function sheet
Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards
Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
