We are seeking a proactive and strategic F&B Reservations Manager to oversee and drive all food and beverage reservation activities across our three prestigious London hotels.
About the Role:
As F&B Reservations Manager, manage all booking systems, and partner closely with restaurant and hotel management to maximise covers and revenue. Your expertise will support seamless operations across multiple venues, ensuring an outstanding experience for guests while identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. This is a pivotal role that combines leadership, operational excellence, and market insight to contribute to the growth of our vibrant London Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise all F&B reservation activities across three London hotels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee reservation systems integration and data consistency.
Collaborate with F&B outlets, sales, and marketing to align reservations with promotions and events.
Analyse reservation trends; prepare insightful reports to inform cluster-level decisions.
Handle VIP and special guest requests with discretion and personalised service.
Develop and enforce SOPs to maintain high operational standards.
Manage budgets for reservation operations while ensuring cost control and efficiency.
Innovate by implementing market intelligence and forecasting to drive revenue growth.
Champion a unified booking infrastructure across the cluster for enhanced visibility and guest insights.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience managing F&B reservations in luxury or upscale hotels, preferably across multiple properties.
Proficient with reservation platforms and CRM tools.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate teams.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with capability to leverage data for business development.
Problem-solving expertise and the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
Knowledge of the London hospitality market is an advantage.
