Position: Food & Beverage Operations Manager Location: BromleySalary: £39,000 45,000This Food & Beverage Operations Manager is a senior operationally focused role with responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of our Food and Beverage Operations. The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will be highly visible on site, leading from the front, setting F&B standards, and ensuring an excellent experience for members, guests, and event guests.The F&B Operations Manager will play a key role in driving service quality, team performance, operational efficiency, and commercial results across a busy events focused business with multiple bars and banquetingFood & Beverage Operations Manager Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily hospitality, bar, and event operations, ensuring high standardsLead, recruit, train, schedule, and manage bar and event teamsAct as a site key holder, responsible for opening and closing proceduresPlan, coordinate, and deliver eventsManage stock control, ordering, deliveries, suppliers, and inventory systemsOversee cash handling, tills, EPOS systems, and operational reportingMonitor sales performance, labour costs, margins, and operational budgetsDrive profitability through effective cost control and efficient resource planningHandle member and guest queries professionally and effectivelyFood & Beverage Manager QualitiesProven experience in hospitality F&B operations, bar management, events management, banqueting or a similar senior operational roleStrong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teamsCommercially aware with experience managing costs, margins, and operational performanceHighly organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesHands-on, proactive, and solutions-focusedFlexible to work evenings, weekends, and live events as requiredThe successful F&B Manager will be proactive, confident with excellent communication skills and have a natural ability to build a rapport with club members as well as with team members.
