T he Role :
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, development, and day-to-day operations across the F&B outlets. You will play a key role in shaping the guest journey, driving innovation, and ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Drive commercial performance through effective cost control, revenue growth, and strategic planning
Develop and implement creative and innovative F&B concepts
Ensure consistency, quality, and excellence across all guest touchpoints
Recruit, train, and mentor team members
Manage budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
About You :
A genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams
Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Hands-on, proactive, and highly organised
Previous experience in a similar role within restaurant & bars , hotels, or lifestyle brands
