About the Role

As F&B Director, you will shape the full food & beverage strategy, elevate service culture, and drive the performance of multiple venueseach with its own identity, guest profile, and revenue model. You will partner closely with culinary, bars, events, and brand teams to deliver experiences that feel modern, relevant, and unmistakably premium. This is a hands-on, guest-focused leadership role suited to someone who thrives in dynamic, high-expectation environments. Key Responsibilities

Lead the full F&B operation across multiple restaurants, bars, lounges, and lifestyle-driven spaces.

Develop and execute a forward-thinking F&B strategy aligned with the hotels luxury lifestyle positioning.

Drive commercial performance, ensuring strong revenue growth, cost control, and profitability across all outlets.

Lead the culinary and beverage teams to deliver innovative menus, signature experiences, and brand-defining concepts.

Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing teams across all F&B departments.

About You

Proven leadership experience as an F&B Director, Multi-Site F&B Manager, or Senior F&B Leader within luxury hotels, lifestyle brands, or high-end restaurant groups.
